General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jili8 platform and all its users ("you" or "user"). By using the jili8 website (jili8.bar) or any related services, you fully agree to these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. jili8 reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided. Information required at registration includes:

• Full legal name
• Active email address or mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred currency (BDT)

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. jili8 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

jili8 will not be liable for unauthorized transactions or access to an account, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a fault in our system.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

jili8 currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed until the account is verified.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• If a bonus has been accepted, the applicable wagering requirements must be met
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the available balance in the account

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jili8 will not be held responsible for any funds lost due to an incorrect account number or payment method. It is the user's own responsibility to verify all details before completing a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at jili8 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited
• jili8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if misuse is detected
• Promotional offers may have a specific expiry period
• Separate terms and conditions may apply to each individual bonus

Gaming Rules

All games on jili8 are operated using fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely impartially and without any human intervention.

If a game ends in an unresolved state due to a technical error or disconnection, jili8 will determine the outcome at its own discretion. We reserve the right to void any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a system error.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. Betting odds may change based on market conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it will not be cancelled due to a subsequent change in odds.

6.3 VIP Program

The jili8 VIP program has five levels. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher levels and enjoy attractive benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jili8:

• Fraud or deceptive activity
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack the system or breaching security
• Operating an account using a false identity
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other users

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by jili8

jili8 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• If evidence of fraud is found on the account
• If the user has provided false information
• If bonus misuse is detected
• If a security risk arises

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please submit a request to withdraw any available balance.

Limitation of Liability

jili8 will not bear any responsibility for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
• Loss of account information or funds due to the user's own negligence
• Failures by third-party service providers (such as payment gateways)
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

In any situation, jili8's maximum liability will be limited to the total value of the transaction in question.
